Our evaluation process begins with you deciding whether you meet our investment criteria. If you do, please send us your pitch deck at hello@thirdwaycapital.co (before you send us your pitch deck, download our free pitch-deck guide here, and make sure your deck meets all our requirements).

If we think your pitch is a fit, we will invite you to present your pitch deck to us.

If we think your company may be a prospect for partnership, we may then conduct a preliminary review of your business model, operations and impact (see our Business Impact page for details).

If due diligence results in a strong score, we may then invite your company to develop a Growth Playbook with us, which is a plan for how your company will utilize our investment and other resources to strengthen, grow and scale.

Once a company’s Growth Playbooks is complete, there is one final review, our Board is consulted, and a final decision is made. If it is positive, then we release investment and the partnership begins!
