Team
A combined fifty years of in-depth experience across industries, sectors, and continents. Track record in business performance, deal-making, and impact measurement. Feet on the ground in Africa and North America.
Our three co-founders combine fifty years in corporate finance, deal-making, corporate management and governance, international development, and management consulting.
We have extensive experience across multiple industries in strategy, leadership, and business model innovation – driving production increases, team and management effectiveness, regional and financial growth, and market/industry disruption.
Each Managing Partner brings deep personal and commercial experience in the global south (including sub-Saharan Africa) and North America
In addition, our team of specialists and advisors bring expertise from their backgrounds in project finance, tech start-ups, environmental sciences, private equity, and international development. Members of our team have led the field in the robust measurement of systems change (impact) in both the corporate and NGO sectors.
