David Harlley is an experienced business leader, engineer, and start-up coach. He began as a design engineer and project manager in the construction industry, overseeing medium and large-scale mechanical-electrical projects across multiple sectors, including healthcare, transit, commercial, and residential.

Prior to co-founding Third Way Capital, David held executive positions in engineering firm WSP, specializing in corporate strategy and restructuring, and leading regional operations. David gained his MBA from the elite IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, and is an adjunct faculty member there.

Kwabena has ten years of advanced experience in project and corporate finance, initially at General Electric (with GE Asset Management in the US, GE Power Services in South Africa, GE Africa HQ in Kenya, GE Capital in the UAE, and GE Oil and Gas in Nigeria), where he became a Lead Transactor in major deals; then with Aker ASA of Norway (in their Ghana operation) as a Senior Investment Manager.

Kwabena has built and executed finance and business growth strategies across multiple industries and geographies (North America, Europe, and various African regions), ranging from large infrastructure projects to SMEs.

He has held senior executive leadership roles in global organizations before building a management consulting firm specializing in strategies that drive disruption and systemic change. He has provided breakthroughs in effectiveness and growth for medium-sized to Fortune 500 companies in diverse industries: auto, aviation, medical technology, supply chain, logistics, construction, and more.

Prior to his business career, Jonathan provided leadership in socio-economic change initiatives in the developing world, leadership development, and multi-stakeholder strategies.
